my view is the game at home against catalan when the center and winger both missed the ball when all they had to do was pick it up and score WE ARE STAYING UP :D

Exactly. Listen to the interview on the club web site with Nobby and it gives you an idea what sort of state the pleyers were in when he arrived. He mentions them being busted people emotianally but he also says what a great amount of work was needed technically from a playing point of view.

Ties in with the Rads comments about Millward. Here is the link.

The end of IM, the arrival of Nobby.

Knowing what we now know I believe we would have gone down under IM.

i feel IMO that IM had no concern for the wigan team,

I would go as far as to say that he wanted to ruin the club,

Glad he went back to Leigh,

I think that the arrival of Brian Noble was definitely the turning point. Bringing Dobson for Moran was also a massive factor.

However I also think that Rads coming out of retirement and risking permanent injury for free showed the younger players what commitment to a club is really about - it also gave a lot of high paid senior players a kick in the ar$e - Our run began with Rads' first match and I am sure that is not a coincidence.

look at our record since fielden arrived a boost 2 every 1, and nobbys coaching tactics, 2 things that have changed our season other wise we would have been relegated
