Wigan aside, my other team is Chorley Lynx. They are not the best, but I have been with them all my life and with a ground named with such optimism (Victory Park), you gotta love them.

Since the back end of last season I have also gained admiration for Salford, the way they battled to stay in the top flight showed true spirit.

Whats your second faovourite club side and why?

Leeds.

Why i don't know, i've just always had a thing for them.

i was actually surprised to find (yesterday in fact..)that there is a league down here in the mids, so i have a few local teams i can go and watch.. however.. i only support 1 team.. wigan.

but anytime i can watch a game i`ll watch it..
would like to get involved in the playing aspect also....

Halifax for me!

I had 2 second fave teams Leigh and Wakefield.Leigh because they are near Wigan and Wakefield because we have relatives over there and we went to a lot of games with them in the past(also they stuffed stains).
I have now dropped Leigh due to the comments made by their supporters (regarding Wigan) on other message boards.
So come on Wigan and Wakefield
ps I also like it when Salford win (unless it's us they beat as they have a habit of doing)

Yeah, I really want Salford back up this year, didn't think I'd be too bothered when they went down but it was a bit sad really. We need more lancashire teams, bring back the reds.
Leigh are arrogant at times, its not confidence in themselves its arrogance and I like hearing paul saying every year that this is their year n then nothing coming of it
