Even if Farrells' new lot lost yesterday in that drab game there was still a win for another ex Wigan player. The Daily Telegraph today reports that Worcester have a new coaching team, Phyllis Larder and Billy McGinty. For those of you with short memories he was the lad who John Monie famously said was the first name on every teamsheet he drew up and of course he was also a famous pineapple eater!
Perhaps he was confused when he got a telephone call offering him a job at the Warriors.??

Regarder une fille en bikini, c'est comme avoir un revolver chargé sur sa table:
Il n'y a rien de mal a ça mais il est difficile de penser à autre chose.
Now Europe is just for holidays.

He was a good tough player. Think all our props got flung about in 92 some time or another.

This bloke dished out the best tackle I've ever seen at CP against Widnes. Paul Moriarty, who was a big old unit came steaming onto the ball, and Billy went low and cut him in two. Moriarty had to go off, and was probably gargling ribs for a couple of weeks.
Even better than when Neil Cowie put Mark Carroll on his a**e, and he couldn't stand up straight for about half an hour.
