Shevis awsome 4 some hit a wall

Shevington sharks u13s travelled to unfancied Latchford on sunday and came a little unstuck ,in aopoling conditions wind blowing across the pitch,and very hard handling skills the big pack struggled .In a surprise move shevi started with Smith And Recce at props and moved Barratt to the 2nd row and inform prop (the Enforcer)theo moorfield chomping at the bit on the bench(still recovering from a slight injury.
The home team stormed to a 10-0 lead leaving shevi struggling to get any ball.Again it was down to flying winger danny Baylis to go full length on the massive pitch twice,barratt converting 1 making the half time score 10-10.
The 2nd half was a carbon copy of the first with Latchford getting 2 quick trys.Only 4 barratt and Johhny Holt to score to leave the scores level at 18-18 latchford then spent the next 5 mins on the shevi line ,with the ref penalising shevi on several occasions ,seem to be doing is best to get Latchford over the shevi line,but the strong defence held out and came away with a more the=an deserved draw.Jonny Bates had a great game at fullback got my mom.
mom was Luke Barratt with Danny Baylis getting spectators choice and Theo Moorfield coaches choice for is barmstorming runs when he came on.There was great defensive performances from |Dean Meadows and the dependable Danny Almond it was 1 of those days when the halfbacks had to keep feeding the forwards and both Danny Binder and Meadows showed good hands
