Just read 2 bits of good news in the Lancashire Evening Post....

1) Apparently there should be an announcement any day that he's signed another year... final signature and official announcement are all that's required. Good news indeed!

2) He may well be off the overseas quota, using the same law that allowed Jules O'Neill to be eligible for GB. Jules' mother was from Liverpool, and guess where Lam's is from...

Liverpool!

Which also means Lam would be eligible for GB. All that needs to be done is he needs to obtain a passport. O'Neill managed it, so there shouldn't be a problem.

Think he stands a chance of being selected???

This is indeed good news, especially on the back of the other good news that Craig Smith has extended his stay. Any news on our erstwhile water carrier Rickey Bibey!?
All we need now is Burnley win tomorrow and a Wigan win on Monday and this could be a weekend to savour.

IT'S STAYING RED!!
