Quote from the BBC:

Harlequins coach Brian McDermott:
"The boys showed a lot of passion and endeavour.
"And if the game had been rugby union I would say we got to the break-down a lot quicker than Saints. We exploited that and took our chances.

"Chris Melling is going to be very good for us this year. He's one of those utility players, while Danny Orr was outstanding."

The last statement, why do great players find it hard to excel at wigan but move on and produce. is it just pressure. its fustrating !! :doz:

It is always the same, we are seeing it with Chav Brown, whilst many others excel after eaving Wigan, perhaps they dont get a proper chance here, we tend to buy the big names for quick fixes... rarer occasions these days that we bring youngsters through but look at the likes of ashton, o'carroll, hansen, prescott, goulding and Selby

But Orr did finally excel at Wigan. He was a major reason we stayed up last season and from the reports he has carried on where he left off.

I predict this player many on here say was not good enough for Wigan will prove them wrong when we play Quins and they rip us to bits.
