Overseas Quota

I think having an overseas quota would be good for the game. We are currantly killing off all our young talent. The best thing to do would be to say would be a maximum 0f, for example, 6 or 7 overseas players in each 18 man squad. This would be good for GB rugby as it will stop us relying on Aussie and Kiwi superstar imports. This can also help us along internationally and will pay off as we have more homegrown talent for our GB squad, which can help english rugby no-end through the money and intrest generated. While doing this we can still have enough forign players to enhance the super league performance.

Any thoughts?

the quota limit is already in place.but far too many loopholes(kolpak agreement & having a european passport) means its far too easy to bend the rules. we have feka, pat richards, withers, millard,dv signed up on these exemptions
