Re: Reserves v Leeds highlights on YouTube
Am I the only one pretty unimpressed with Hill at the moment? He looked absolutely knackered after about 5 mins against Leigh and he seemed short of fitness in this game too. In these clips for instance their was a break made and instead of backing it up, he stops dead to catch his breath while pla...

Re: Wigan squad for Leigh (R2)
I agree Hill didn't look right. He's a big lad, but he's not really playing his weight. True, but he hasn't had enough game time, he always played long minutes for Reserves/Academy so if that is addressed, he'll be reet. He’d only been on for 7 or 8 minutes and his lungs were hanging out. He’s eith...

Forwards
Most people seem to be focusing on the absences of French and field, and Smiths dip in form. For me, at the moment, it’s the form of some of our forwards that concerns me most. Dupree, Havard and Farrell especially. OK, Faz is getting towards the end of his career, but Havard and Dupree are young la...

Re: My 2 pence
Farrimond was hardly used at all. Field kicking is an obvious one. Harry being our only field kicker is being put under too much pressure meaning a poor kick and a good position for the opposition to start their set. Jack has to be used as field kicker or as a runner/kicker with a switch pass which...

Re: Salford v Saints
Another high-quality (joke) performance from referee Smith. Let's hope he's kept away from us for the rest of the season. By the end, Salford players seemed to be refusing to talk to him when he tried to engage with them. He’s absolutely shocking. Half the time he’s whistle happy for nothing, then ...

Subs: Kruise Leeming, Patrick Mago, Harvie Hill , Sam Walters. What does everyone else think? That would be my choice to...

Re: Wigan Warriors prop Luke Thompson details extra motivation for Challenge Cup Final with eyes on the prize
Luke Thompson is hoping to right some wrongs when Wigan Warriors face Warrington Wolves in the Challenge Cup Final – the same opponents he fell short against in 2019 at Wembley. Saturday will mark the England international’s second appearance at the national stadium, having been a part of the St He...
