We desperately need a good quality full back as it is a big weakness at the moment. Even if Ashton had stayed I think that we would still have needed a full back as, although he has much potential, he is just not good enough to be a starting full back.

I think that it was a good idea to make them train after performing the way they did. It take them out of the comfort zone and shows that that level of performance isnt acceptable.
