Will godwin take start now IM gone

<t>We all know that IM had a keen interest in Higham and played him to start every game, we also all know that godwin has been playing consistantly better than higham. Now IM has gone will his golden boy be benched, i hope so for 2 reasons. The first reason is the obvious Godwwin has been playing be...

Re: DANNY TICKLE!

He was a rock last season but as was said on another post sometimes when players get injuryed it knocks their confidence and some (hopefully not tickle) never regain there past performances

Keep it simple

<t>I think at the moment what Wigan need to do more than anything is keep it simple. I think completion rates are low becuase we are trying to run before we can walk. The team is a new team as regards players and players need to learn characteristics of their teammates before they can bring in the f...

Re: the end of millward?

<r><QUOTE><s>[quote]</s>Sorry, but I disagree with this. Every club is going to have a couple of big earners, and I would argue that Faz and Rads have more than repaid the club whatever they were paid over the years. If you want the best, you have to pay for them, and these two will be remembered at...

Re: the end of millward?

<t>I dont think that he caused the problems, i think majorly the problem for the last two seasons as far as injuries go is we have no back-up. This is mainly down to Farrell and Rads taking up hefty portions of the sal cap but not actually featuring in the season. There is little depth to the first ...

Re: the end of millward?

<t>true, and i think we need to look at longer term damage, when a player does pick up a bad injury e.g worse than a ham string strain or similar it can knock their confidence and they may never play aswell as they once did. I was worried about Lockers but he seems to have settled ok, Hock i dont th...

Re: the end of millward?

<t>yeah i agree, you play the hand your dealt fair enough but we have been given a rotten hand for three seasons now!. Its no use saying well every team has to deal with injuries blah blah... thats true but not the amount we have had. What i wanna know is why? why have we consistently for 3 years ha...

Re: what score on friday?

80-4 :( i cant see us halting stains they are too fast and too good a team like someone said previously if the wildcats can run 40 past us we are in deep doo doo, the only hope we have is that the weather conditions are abismal causing stains to play toned down rugby.

Re: What injury crisis?

<t>I just dont understand why we have soo many injurys. Its not like you can attribute it to bad luck, this has happened for the last 3 years. As for the argument concerning other teams having more depth of first team then us this is largly dependant on salary cap which we have been sold a duffer wi...
