Re: Bateman
Tigers will pay a fee if it’s not too outrageous and nobody will stand in his way. Slap in the face of Canberra but defo not us. Robbed 2 years of wages and game time for kpp in his natural position. Despite his stock being low west tigers are even more of an embarrassment of a club than Warrington...

1) We have already sorted our centres for next year & arguably beyond if King performs.Wiganer Ted wrote: ↑Wed Oct 26, 2022 8:02 pm Seems that Oli Gildart has been released and is looking for a club for 2023.
Would be a surprise signing if he was a in a Wigan shirt next year.
2) Hasn't Gildart already signed with Redcliffe?

Re: Ramifications?
I would expect Lenegan to inquiry over the availability of DW once again but that's all that should affect us. to be honest DW is too big for us id prefer a smaller stadium which is more full the way League is structured now very few "big" matches are played in your own yard most are at n...

Re: Mago to Wakefield
It'll be interesting to see who makes the pack this season. Peet is one of the most successful youth coaches in recent memory but hasn't really promoted anyone of substance in his debut year [understandably] so I wonder if England Knights international Harvie Hill even gets a chance to crack the rot...

Re: Mago to Wakefield
I’ve not heard anything and it is just pure speculation on my part but I’d say Tapau is more of a realistic replacement for Mago than Thompson. I’d prefer Thompson but I just don’t see him leaving the NRL yet. 2 years of Tapau lays a great platform for Hill to develop and come through. That would b...

Re: Mago to Wakefield
Cust signed from Manley so I assume he knows him…not that that matters. Why does anyone have to “know” him? Dan's initial rumour that spawned all the talk about a big name surprise signing was: "Wigan are going all guns blazing for a surprise signing, BIG name. This has supposedly come from a ...

Re: Mago to Wakefield
But who in the current team "knows" Taupau? It doesn't really make sense with the current information.
