Mago to Wakefield/Featherstone??
Re: Mago to Wakefield
It'll be interesting to see who makes the pack this season. Peet is one of the most successful youth coaches in recent memory but hasn't really promoted anyone of substance in his debut year [understandably] so I wonder if England Knights international Harvie Hill even gets a chance to crack the rotation over players like Isa, Singleton, Ellis, etc.
I wouldn't expect us to sign anymore forwards for squad depth but a "star" prop is still missing.

Re: Mago to Wakefield
Six players Featherstone Rovers could sign as Sean Long confirms further signings expected
Patrick Mago
He also claimed that Wigan Warriors prop Patrick Mago will make the move to Post Office Road after just one year at the DW Stadium winning the Challenge Cup Final. He would provide great impact off the bench.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Mago signs for Featherstone
All done and dusted
Re: Mago to Wakefield
I guess that answers my question about mago. Was he being used as a short impact sub or was he too unfit

Re: Mago to Wakefield
From what I hear he is lazy & has put a great amount of weight on
Feel sorry for him in a way, he is over here on his own no family, girlfriend etc & seems excluded from the team!

Re: Mago to Wakefield
If Mago has gone to Fev and Bateman to Aus then surely the club have replacements lined up. There must be a real significant amount of salary available for incoming talent.
Re: Mago signs for Featherstone
That really surprises me. I mean the lad isn’t exactly Andy Platt but he’s better than the championship. He offered something a bit different to our other props and will need replacing in my opinion.
