Season tickets - 9000 sold

Post by ChrisA »

It's on the official site, I apologise if this has been mentioned elsewhere. At the close on the 29th, we broke the 9000 tickets sold barrier.

Absolutely superb.

just read it on the official site that is amazing st helens have only an avereage of that and sometimes only get 7,000 to 8,000 so that shows you how big we are

they were top of the league all year and there average was somethig like 8,954

that is attrocious

Wigan are battling it out with arch-rivals Leeds for the title of the best-supported club in Super League.
And the upsurge in support for Warriors is in stark contast to the situation at Knowsley Road, where all-conquering St Helens are forecasting a downturn in attendances this year.

strange that stains are not getting the crowds? but when wigan where winning most trophys the same happend to us. its almost as though the fans get tired of winning! see no challenges and only pick and choose certain games to attend. wigan have one of the worst seasons ever almost religated and suddenly a massive upturn in season ticket sales? maybe its a coincidence but i just thought i would mention it.

excellent amount of tickets sold.you must be without a doubt the best followed team in the land?but why buy a season ticket? uncle mo will only rip you off by offering a cheaper deal once he has your cash ,as with the latics.Trent Barrett`s domestic trophy collection looked inpressive on his landing at manchester, a grade 3 duckling arm band swimming test and a balloon on a stick! At least its somthing to stick in your tea caddy,I mean sad excuse for a trophy cabinet.all the best for the new season and I hope BIG STU FIELDEN recovers from his arse problem, thats not him landing on it,but the one dorris lindsey is giving mim, 75 NIL x x x

53 posts on a Wigan board ?, dear me someone needs to get a life (and some spelling lessons).
Now be a good boy and crawl back under that stone would you.
I can't believe that you will have less at your ground ($h!t hole) than you had last year, very sad if you ask me.
You are the weakest link, goodbye.
