out for 2 months with ankle ligament damage.injured it on the 1st day of warm weather training.

He was always injury prone, was out for quite a few months when Wigan signed him. Personally I thought that Sculthrope did well last season but this might be a set back for next season.
His injuries are one of the reasons he has found himself at Wakefield rather than clubs rated more highly in the Super League, he has the talent but suffers from injuries and struggles to find match fitness afterwards.
