Richards 2 conversions
I presume this was the difference between the two scores with Hudds kicking four conversions? I hope this does not turn out to be the story of our season!

Very disappointed Bsrrett didn't play so who was playing stand off?

Dave
In his defence he only missed 1 from the touchline and it looked awfully close.

Barrat was there but didnt play as to was McAvoy

just got back from match wigan were poor and hudds were nothing spectacular, defense on our own line was fragile, we looked lost most of the time, no leadership what so ever (thats not slating lockers there was none what so ever by anyone) they looked as though they didnt know what to do next in attack, play the ball was very slow at times as was the general passing, we were always lacking that final pass. LOCKERS IS NOT A STAND OFF, hock had a brill game, ref was c*ap so was the weather, brill support from wigan fans.
time to take a breath lol

First half was pretty poor. But the second half wigan found some form. leuluai did a cruncher of a tackle. The match was pretty poor aswel because of the weather.

I know it's only a friendly but the following points were on the RL Fans site, but concerning maybe.

Ashton looked like he'd porked up a little too much over Xmas – I’m sure Noble will have him working hard on his own like Wayne Rooney when he had his weight problems when he first signed for and went to came to Man Utd.

He must have some butter left over, on his fingers – Ooops! He’d better improve. I’m sure he will.

Fielden was quiet – There’s plenty of time to “unleash the beast” yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just remember though that last year, we won all our pre-season friendlies and look were that got us?

it's the first time that we've played together as a team and we had a main player missing. The conditions were not great.

we might not have played well but we only lost by two points away from home. Imagine what we could be like playing well and at home, imense i imagine

And as my dad said it wasn't a good day to play rugby on.

so cheer up everyone
