It seems that he is thought to be signing for Bradford. The quote below is taken from the fox sports site.

One of the British RL papers has a story saying Bradford have pulled out of the race to sign King leaving the way clear for Wigan. The big positive for me is the reaction of the Aussies to losing him. It implies that he is indeed quality. They never get upset when we take their rubbish.

As for Richards i know he has an irish Passport but how come this still isnt classed as overseas? He aint British.

he aint fully australian too because he has irish relatives so cannot count on the overseas quota or he counts on kopac
