Perhaps, and that's a matter for us moderators to decide, but I think we know your opinion on this from the other thread calling for a ban. Repeating the same message over and over in different threads is not really too different from what you're accusing Turf of doing!

The matter is under discussion offline amongst the site owner and moderators at the moment. Perhaps if people can stop posting anti-Turf messages just for the sake of it, and if Turf can stop complaining that everyone hates him for the sake of it, then we might be able to make a more balanced decision about what to do...

We know that some people don't like some other people, and we know that some people don't like some of the subjects that some other people post messages about. It would make the place a bit more friendly for all the neutral and casual visitors if we didn't have to keep reading the same complaints over and again - I think we've got the message from both sides now and we will sort things out in a way that is hopefully acceptable to the majority of visitors.

As a new member of this site I have to agree, Its not exactly a great advert for Wigan fans in general when such a small group of us can't even get along with each other. If people don't agree with what Turf says (justified in many cases) don't respond. Stick to Rugby League chat and stop bickering like petty little children. Its easy to see why people have a go, but its equally easy to see why the guy feels victimised. Put the matter to bed and concentrate on the sport and team we all love.
