Salary Cap Hearing
Re: Salary Cap Hearing
See my post about the treatment of young professionals too. Such a wonderfully caring sport we have Rob

Re: Salary Cap Hearing
The cap well it was to stop teams getting into trouble well errmmmmmmmmm.... london .
Like Morph said well it morphed into a level playing field which would of been ok if it had inspired teams to a higher level rather than dragging all teams down to the lowest denominator .
Now the real reason to stop us winning and it has been an outstanding success .
OH and finally now all teams are bursting with young GB talent and we can stuff them Aussies true genius

I Like it!Morph posted:Wrong, it was introduced to stop clubs going bust. The level playing field theory was slipped in later.Part of the intention of the salary cap is to level the playing field
I take it your defence of all things the RFL do is because your on their payroll Rob? or at least hope to be in the future as a full time ref![]()
Your doing a good job defending your masters' incompetance![]()

I have nothing to do with the disciplinary side of things or those that make up the non-playing rules.

But, it doesnt stop you agreeing with everything that they do or propose. No sign of contradiction ever from you, from the official "party" line.robjoenz posted:

It's just my opinion, there is no such party line, I just say what I think. Since becoming a match official I've become very good at taking a step back and being objective. I've said already today that I think the RFL need to change the salary cap rules with regard to home grown players. :surp:butt monkey posted:But, it doesnt stop you agreeing with everything that they do or propose.
