people who have been questioning fielden's lack of effort in previous matches must be blind....if one thing he has had recently its been effort. just lacking form. Very impressed with him in second half. Needs to keep this up over 80 minutes seeing the mighty feka appears to be only able to play in limited bursts.

On the subject of field time Feka, didn't seem to play as long as usual.

£450,000!!!!!!!!!! And he is not in the top half dozen frot rowers
seeing the mighty feka
Possibly the most over hyped player in SL.(Fault of Phil Clarke probably) Jiffy was openly laughing when the crowd were chanting his name and commented that they're probably telling him to get involved. One dimensional prop way below international standard.

A few people are going to disagree with me now but what the hell!.. I think its about time some of our fans began to realise that Stuart Fielden is a World Class Player.. (Today, he proved it).. however,.. in the past, and still present, people are critisising him for his lack of effort, aggression, passion etc etc... I personally think Trent Barrett (THE SUPERSTAR) should do what he was doing at the middle of the season and pull his finger out because im realising a lack of effort from him.!

Fielden is working his socks off game in, game out and not getting any praise!...

How's about singin a few songs for Stu, seeing as he has made the most effort out of the team towards the end of the season!

Anybody agree? Or am i going to get slaughtered now? :conf:
Have to agree on some points there. I do think we need a song for Stu as we sing for Feka when he does good and Trent... come on let's make a song for Stu. He had a bad time lets bring him back with support.

We need a prop that has the tackling and fitness abiltys of fielden but the running power and strengh of feka which can easily change a game from one run.

Fielden looked good today but wasnt nothign special. Did bump off a few tackles and made yards which is good. Better then his usual of standing still getting the ball and getting drove back.

nohing special, only got is in position for one try and set up the other. he was our best forward int he second half by a country mile. looks like he's sized up to.

feka isn't over hyped :eh:

he is an impact prop, like joe vagana, is he overrated to? :conf:

Yeah, when he came back on in 2nd half, the whole team seemed to lift. He appeared genuinely determined to make a difference. Let's see how he does against Wire on Sun.
And did anyone else hear that Balding Bint actually blame him for the whole salary cap thing? How insane is that? As if he needs any more pressure right now!

Was he on the field in the first half? Apart from the ball steal that ganson missed I can't remember seeing Fielden at all - in attack or defense
Was there a first half for any of the players?
IMO, they thought that all they had to do was walk on the pitch and the match was won.
