Leneghan made an offer about a year ago but at the time the stixking point that made it fall through was over the use of the JJB. He is from Wigan and is a fan.

That is certainly true in football but not sure if it is a rule in RL but it should be!

Wigan wanted to start up a new team forget when it was 80s 90s dont know when but the RFL said that it would be a conflict of interest.
In recent years what would have stopped Wigan buying out say Widnes or Leigh and putting their rising stars in that team.
