When the RFL fail to discipline players

Got something to discuss about RL in general? Then this is the place to post it.

St Helens stand-off Leon Pryce has been banned for three matches after an RFL disciplinary hearing found him guilty of squeezing an opponent's testicles.

 Would you adam and eve it. Leon has been suspended for 3 matches. Guess what his first game back will be

Robjoenz, do you remember what I said to you re the disciplinary board  Maybe you might realise just how 'bent' aspects of RFL are.

Playy got 2 matches for striking an opponent. An opponent who has been involved in striking incidents throughout this season. Consistency, fairness

what is it with the rfl fining people £300 it seems as though every punishment has a £300 fine slapped on top of it

but it's stains players we are talking about here normal rules and procedures don't apply, stains might have told them if they punish them to harshley they won't send leon to leeds any more to show them HIS BALL HANDLING SKILLS

Apparently he grabbed them on 2 occasions. Now either he decided that he wanted to scare a young player (Burgess) or we have the next Ian Roberts albeit a very ugly one.

Disgusting act. I would ban him for 8 matches.
There is no way he will miss the CC final.

I agree - that sort of behaviour should be consigned to consenting adults in privacy. If pryce enjoys grabbing men's genitalia then there are better ways to out himself than on BBC television during a game.

If it wasn't sexually orientated then it was one step down from eye gouging and should have no place in the modern game and the ban he receives should reflect that. Is it any better than a deliberately late cheap shot on a helpless opponent?

I am sure that whatever ban he receives (assuming that the RFL actually do something for once), pryce will pull the stains trick of saying that he thinks he was hard done by. I haven't heard any comment from Anderson on this one - is he claiming that he caught him on the knee?
The new name for the tribunal at Leeds is "THE SAINT HELENS LET OFF COMMITTEE"
Wilkin --- Let off one match ban
Cunningham --- Let off with a fine
Anderson -- Bringing the game into disrepute by calling refs on the radio and winging about harsh treatment of St Helens Complete let off no action
St Helens --- Cheat for the third time by overspend of the salary cap ---- let off small fine
St Helens --- Milward fields weakened side at Bradford --- Let off small fine
I could go on and on but they have this ability to throw foward passes that are never seen. Throw punches that are never judged and declare how hard done by they are while sniggering at the rugby league authority

I coul :sly: :sly: :sly:

You've said let off committee and then go on to say how they've been punished :doz: What do you want, them thrown out of the league?

here we go again, don't tell me you think stains are treated the same as everyone else rob,and surely you cannot be nieve enougth to think the rfl didn't think that wilkin & cunningham would miss the semi final if they where they handed out a more severe punishment, and surprise, surprise pryce's back in time for the final THEY GET AWAY WITH MURDER
