Is Nobby all he's cracked up to be, on this years performance, i am begining to think that he has not got what it takes (sorry Gemma), let's face it, he inherited a succesfull club of Mathew Elliot and built a better side from there. Here he has inherited a shower of Shit from a big W*nker (millward) after a few good months (end of last season) we have become a very orinary side, has he got what it takes to make us good again or are we just wasting time?

This WILL be the real test of his coaching ability now - IMO.

Lets see you shake this rabble up Nobby! They need it and the fans are demanding it.

Let's see the ex-GB Coach prove his worth and stature, in RL, are not misplaced.

Personally I don't think that it is Brian Noble's fault.

On paper we have one of the best sides in the league. It's not the coach who is failing to turn up and concedes tries in the first 5 minutes of the match. I can't believe that our coaching is the only reason we are being beaten perennial mid-tablers like wire; much less the fiasco against matalan last week.

There is a weakness that runs through the side - and it seems to be almost infectious. The team seem to be unable to roll their sleeves up and do the hard work.

I think that Brian Noble may be on borrowed time anyway if the club changes hands - a new owner may want a new coach. Personally I think that we need to get rid of the under performers and unmotivated players in our side.

It looks as though DW may have to take the RFl to court to safeguard our SL status!

Frano: I don't know why I would ever want to go to St Helens or Leeds

I though that myself, when I heard Nobby proclaim that he was here for the full-term. Reading between the lines - it looks like he appears unsure of his own future at the club.

You have to wonder at this point in the season don't you ? The problem is that when a team lose the way they have the last 2 weeks, it inevitably reflects on the coaching staff. How many times have I heard him say we were out-enthused by the other side? I know he's right, but doesn't he realise how bad that makes him look?

If they don't lift for the Huddersfield game, he either not saying the right things, or the players aren't listening to him.

I think Nobby did a lot to save us last year but he has been responsible for buying players who have just not performed in Fielden,Millard, Hill and Withers. He has a good track record though so should be allowed to carry on. Lets face it one reason we are in such a mess is because we have chopped and changed our coach far too often.

true at wigan it appears the board expect immediate success and give no coach a chance to build up the team I think this is one of the reason's why we have seen alot of coaches bringing in the quick fix aussies in recent years not just at wigan eithier right through SL there isonly a handful of club's that give coach's a chance to build there OWN team I don't think nobby doesn't have the team he want's this year and I don't think he will have the team he want's next year eithier it will be close though in his third year I think he will have the team he wants
