[For what it's worth, the Hull KR fans are convinced they've got Chev Walker.
they're also convinced they are signing fielden on a year long loan.

hull kr are just doing what we do, they are throwing any old name into the hat.

I think it's happened. Hull KR fans are saying it too.

But don't worry, because according to the WEP today, 'Maurice is still scheming'.

Yep, it's yet another meaningless soundbite headline from Wigan, while the rest of SL snap up every decent player there is left.
But where is it stated ?
There is nothing on any of the sports news websites, and nothing on the KR website.
02ironman said it was on skysports news, it is not.
I could be wrong but it sounds very much like a typical Rlfans rumour to me.
same all wigan haters.Rlfans post anti wigan campaigns dont believe a word of it

Chev Walker has not signed for Hull KR.

I don't want to be a prophet of doom, but it's all over their message board and they're all awaiting tomorrow's press conference with baited breath.

Where are our men-in-the-know when we need them?

I think he will go to HKR and if he does its not the end of the world but we will find out tomorrow he is a good SL standard player but not worth getting upset about we may have a surprise or two yet with our signings would imagine the new owners would want to get the fans on side

Well here is a quote from the Sporting Life Web site:

"Wigan, who were the front-runners to land Walker, also lost out to Rovers in the hunt for Briscoe and are thought to have been beaten by Huddersfield for signature of Salford winger David Hodgson."

What in earth is going on? Not only can we not sign star players like King we can't sign average players either.
