Shevington in to quater finals

Was a very hard game with shevington big pack struggling to break the bears solid defence in the first half.
Chorley led at half time 18-8 after trys from Barrett and jonny Holt who scored from a great crossfield kick by mom Dean Meadows.
The 2nd half was more 1 way traffic as Shevingtons size began to tell with Spectators MOM Danny Turner and Lewis Smith putting in great performances ,tries were scored in the 2nd half By Dan Richardson ,Theo Moorfield Danny Turner and another from Barrett with Danny Binder adding two conversions and hit the post twice from 2 touch line efforts.
Danny Turner ,Robert Taylor and tackling machine Danny Almond topped the tackle count,with a impressive Josh ingram picking up caoches award for his constant hard tackling.
All in all a bad first half but a great 2nd half performance,Chorley play in a league below the sharks but you wouldn't of thought so on todays performance.
Shevington now play Either Wigan St Judes or waterhead in the quater finals.
By the way the Touch judge a certaqin Mike Binder put in another great performance ,getting to realise the buzz now that Ronjonez gets out of reffing LOL
