Thanks for the replies - I checked micronvideo.co.uk and there was no listing for the 94 game v the Kangaroos. No drama. If anyone wants to trade old games - mostly Australian RL converted from old VHS tapes - please email me: rlvideos@gmail.com
Any mid-80's games with John 'Chicka' Ferguson would be appreciated !

god knows how many old videos I have.
At a rough estimate i would say at least 200 but on many there are three games.
not counting finals I go back to "the big league" stuff when Granada had a go on VHS and for those "fossils" out there i have some old floodlit trophy stuff but that is on some exotic old format and a bloke down the road is trying to fix the machine after years of sitting in a garage.
If it works I think it will end up in the science museum!

I keep trying to start the process of converting them all to DVD but not having the time!
I will though at some point over the winter compile a list and anyone who wants copies is welcome.

By the way.
I definitely have the game you want 100%
The question is where i have put it!

You'd have thought that bloke would have got bored of being in his garage after a few months sitting in there Mike... :D

Ah, I remember that try well. If memory serves, he gets the ball about 25-30 yards out, right on the touchline. Runs forward into what looked like a dead end, then he dinks a sublime little chip over the defence and managed to gather the ball in his left hand at the same time as he was handing off the covering Aussie fullback with the other hand, to put the ball down in the corner and score one of my favourite ever tries.

Not sure if you can remember Shawcross BUT Inga scores a sublime chip and regather try in the match AND I think in the same match Barrie Mac put an horrific illegal hit with his elbow on Paul Sironen.

Definetly Barrie Mac I just could not remember if it was 90 or 94. Mick Cassidy did Morley in a Wigan v Leeds match.

the best bit was that Big Mac told the judiciary he "could not have meant it intentionally because he could not see him there being as he has no eye on that side of his head"
he hit him with a perfect shot with his elbow.
I suppose it was directed by braille?

You know fraggle I think that guy lives in his garage.
He used to have his own business repairing all things electrical then just seemed to carry on as ahobby when he retired.
But whenever you call he is always in the garage - never the house.
Come to think of it I wonder if he lives there at all now - he might be a squatter.
(in fact if he is living in the garage he would have to be... - think about it!)
