Can't put anything down in words that describe my sorrow after earing this , having a wife and 2 kids myself I know that the greatest pain he would have endured was leaving them behind , my heartfelt condolences too his wife and children ,

God bless Mike rest in peace .

Absolutely brilliant video. One that his sons can look back on and say that was my dad, how good was he.

Thanks, they are probably too young as you said to realise what a great player their dad was and what all the fuss is about.

Not been on here for a while so couldn't add my name here but would like to.

At Pat's today, didn't have a minutes silence but a minutes clapping which was awesome.

My heartfelt condolance goes out to Mike's family for their great loss. Mike was a true Wiganer.
Even people up Blackburn where I work were saying "what a sad day". His fight against the illness was an insperation for many.

RIP Mike.
