Thakray to leave leeds

I do hope this is more than a rumour. I have allways liked Thackray ithought he was better at Hull than he appeared at Leedsand I think hesgood for more than 10 minute spells

Jamie Thackray been told he can leave Leeds if he so wishes to find another club.
Anyone fancy him doing a job for us ?
I think he's a good forward on his day, he's only 28 and has plenty of experience. If we could get him for the right money he could be good back up for Feka and Fielden.

Sure I read somewhere we had £40 grand left I know with the signings made it seems unlikely but then again looks like paying Price wont be counted on the cap

After the Hull KR away game last year Thackray spent quite a while speaking to Stuart Fielden and a few other Wigan players.I wouldn't read too much into it but I would certainly welcome his signing as he has proved at spells that he is a good solid prop with plenty of good skills in his armoury.Seem to remember him at Hull FC having a really good offload so that would certainly be useful.
