Any news on how he is getting on in court??
Re: Feka
If this is a trial, it's surely going to last more than a couple of hours?Hawkeye posted:

I cant see them sending him down as he is a rugby player, but there are getting strict on assoult cases now, more then likly to get a fine or something like that.MrsFeka posted:

What is likley to happen to him? :conf:
Re: Feka
If it's a 'Not Guilty' verdict, he walks. If it's 'Guilty', it could be anything from a fine to community service to imprisonment.MrsFeka posted:

Eh i dont get it?, what were the last 2 times he's been to court for if this was just to set a date for the trial?, its dragging on way too long this!

Re: Feka
the last time would of been for pre sentencing reports with the Probation service, it probably would have gone ahead if he was pleading guilty, sentencing will be alot worse if he is found guilty form a not guilty plea, he and the club should have just bit the bullet and gone guilty, got a slap and some community service and paid some compoWigan_forever19 85 posted:
