i heard they got cctv footage of this other bloke punching tommy leuluai so feka was just helping a mate

Yeah. Bradford away the day before it, wonder if he'll play.

There must be some reason why his lawyers have advised him to plead not guilty, but any more than that would be pure speculation (which isn't a good idea!).

a positive is that feka has recieved bail. this must mean the court dont see him as a threat to public which is a good sign. Joey barton the footballer was refused bail when he was conficted of GBH.

But is that justification to break a jaw? Depends really how serious the threat was, was it a single punch or did he follow up beyond nessesity? Did he intend to cause serious damage? The court won't let someone off with, "Never Mind- he was helping a mate..."

It is a very difficult case as if say for example calderwood would have stuck up for tommy and punched the man once would he have broke the guys jaw?

Please don't speculate about the details of the case. That is not a good thing to be doing about an on-going court case.

If this thread were on rlfans it would be gone by now.

It is OK to discuss the technicalities like why is there another date etc but speculating about the actual details of what happened will get threads locked or deleted.

I suppose nomatter what we say on here we are still going to have to sit tight till April and then just wait and see :(
