Most probably a caution and community service.

depends how much they take into consideration. Seems the guy wanted to withdraw his complaint, so presumably they'll TIC that too.

Sentencing June 16th.

GBH is a serious offense and he has pleaded guilty.The Transport Police are taking him to court as the bloke he hit retracted his claim saying that he may have provoked Feka whilst being drunk.
