Bank Hols should be saved for local derbies and CC Final. Spare weekends should be dedicated to a proper Internationals with all Superleague matches being cancelled.

I agree it is a money making 'scam' and unfair. We know St helens are better than Wigan a present and its a harder game for us to win than, say, Quins v Catalans (Catalans 2 points st helens 2 points)... if it was a random draw then there will be argument for positives about the weekend but it's stupid... The RFL are getting it right with 14 clubs home/away once but this is stupid and afraid this part of the triangle' will be with RL for many many more years. Still should have it in paris or Aberdeen though

I was thinking France as this will help them improve their national team. Other nations could play each other.

Alternatively reinstate the war of the Roses.

A one off match under any of these conditions is better than the farce of playing one team three times in the league.

Could someone please confirm that it has been agreed that it will be local derby's played again(i.e same format) 14 teams will have franchises and we will play everyone home and away once and I am told that luck of the draw will determine who we play in Edinburgh. The RFL wouldn't make us play a 3rd game against saints and surely saints nor us would want to give up home advantage.
Could anyone clarify?
