Giants clash is crucial - Noble

Wigan are fifth in Super League after defeat by St Helens
Wigan coach Brian Noble has described Friday's match against struggling Huddersfield as a "massive game".
Fifth-placed Warriors have a match in hand as they look to bounce back from Friday's 46-12 defeat by St Helens.
And Noble told BBC Radio Manchester: "It's a massive game. I am not going to call it in any other different way, shape or form.
"Next Friday night will dictate as to where we finish in my opinion. It's important we build on our best games."
He added: "Our team ethic against Hull KR was poor. It wasn't against St Helens although I did have a dig after the Saints match.
"The truth was against Saints they just were not good enough with 12 men. It's my responsibility now to bring this group of players together and finish the season well and kick on strongly."

"This is my dream.....this is my nightmare...."

The best form of defence is attack!!

put forward a genuinely realistic alternative & I'll (reluctantly) agree.

Something needs to be done.

5 Live were discussing the Challenge cup tonight (for all of 3 minutes) & suggesting that Stains could take our record win streak & dominant place in RL history. That cannot be allowed to happen !

Hi guys Iam new to this site and have been a loyal supporter since i was 11,In that time many coaches have come and gone, some deserved and some not but it hurts to watch the boys at the moment and Iam running out of excuses with regards to defending them, especially with my stains workmates!!!
It comes down to noble and his staff to turn this around and IMO they are not up to it.
I would love to see a local lad or someone who wore our badge with pride in the job as we lack passion.
We are the fallen giants and IMO still the biggest name in rugby league.........but that will change if we continue with this management.
