I could not have put it better myself. Phelps at FB and Goulding at centre has to be better than having Mathers at FB. He was poor IMO v Cats

I think Mathers would fit in well at Blackpool Panthers, the sea air might do him good.

I have been impressed with phelps, adds quality to our team, we have to many players who are just above average, this guys young and eager to take his chance, loved that throw he did on greenshields.. I think the rest of the team could do with a bit more of his enthusiasm, saying that though although we lacked a bit in attack with the late cry off by Barrett, I thought a rush defence was alot better, the Cats have a big pack and we held them pretty well, with barrett out there we could of beat them pretty convicingly, I think when we want to play, we can beat anyone(apart from saints :doz: ) I think leeds, cats and warrington are there for the picking when we play at our best!! role on the Grand Final

Lets start to believe!!

Yes from me as well, enthusiastic, versatile, determined and quick, sort of player who is an asset to any team. Get him signed Sir Ian :D
Never argue with an idiot. He will bring you down to his level and beat you with experience.

True, Mike. I'd much rather see him at fullback instead of Mathers.

Having seen him play a few games now, i think he'd be good to sign. He's a good utility player and I think he should play wing and let Pat go to full back. Mr Mathers is still not working well there. Put him at 6 Barrett at 13 and see how we go.

100% for me, he won't be a big earner. He has the talent, good attitude and he wants to play for us.

If he wants to become a big earner, he needs to put in the performances to warrant it. If he does so, everyone is a winner.
