Yep probably is gash just quoting whats on the aussie site.Realised he's been sacked for gross misconduct.However,aussie players union are proposing to back him to allow him to play in the nrl.And no i do not wish to see another aussie.Prefer to see home grown talent.Re IL comment of last week he would be interested in signing him.Prefer sam tomkins than any aussie.

Sam Tomkins will emerge theres no doubt about it but Wigan need to replace Trent Barrett who has been the best stand off for years despite his desire to leave early.

Todd Carney on the other hand is the right side of 25 with a reputation you cannot ignore, hes a potentioal £400,000 player and we might get him for next to nowt.

Imo very good buisness despite having Smith,Tomkins,TL

TL will be interchange hooker next year, Tomkins needs about another 2 stone on him to play stand off in Super League and Smith is a Scrum Half so that leaves a direct replacement for Barrett.

A free agent, currently banned from the NRL, hes there on a plate for us imo and it would be stupid to ignore him so he can play for Salford or whoever on a cheap contract.
