Sorry, but is it just me or is the lady in the club shop really rude!? I always say my money spends anywhere, but unfortunately we can only buy merchandise at the lousy shop on hilton street. (No i dont want to shop online!) I am sure there are people crying out for jobs who would be able to bring a little bit of personality to the post. Sorry but I just had to let off steam!!

Which one, I have heard that before.
I get on with them all in the shop, but I suppose it is how you react to and interpret how people say things. I sometimes sound abrupt and shout (especially at game officials ) but people who know me know I'm a big softie really so take no notice of it

I believe she is the Manager?! I was always taught the customer is right (even when they are wrong) :conf: I find her snappy and doesnt seem keen to serve you.Different story when you go next door to the lottery people! They always have time for you and pleasant smiles

customer isnt always right - its fun asking "could you state your statutory rights for me please"

anyways, like josie i heard things before, some poeple on rlfans have said the same thing about one or two members of staff.

everytime i been in they have been ok, normal retail sales people.
