Bring them both back - Farrell Senior as coach and Junior as a player.

Saracens new owners do not want Faz as a player although they may employ him to coach their backs.

Re: Andy Farrell
Have been informed that Faz has signed a 3 year deal to go on the coaching staff at Saracens and that he is very happy down there. There is not much chance of him coming back to Wigan for several years if evercpwigan wrote:Saracens new owners do not want Faz as a player although they may employ him to coach their backs.
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Re: Andy Farrell
Ive noticed a few people off the board have emailed the club and have had replies.
Maybe somebody could email them regarding Farrell. Asking them if they have considered him as staff etc and what the possibilites are ?
Just a thought but worth a shot to get this guy at the club again.

Re: Andy Farrell
Heard a rumour he may be joining quins as a coach soon. IL involvement like Lydon, eventually bring him to wigan?
who cares? as long as the club (us, wigan) get the best coaches available who can do the job i'd happily like us to recruit nathan mcavoy if he turns out to be mourinho-esque

Re: Andy Farrell
I asked Andy last year in the presence of Ian Leneghan when he was coming back to Wigan.
His response was "its up to Ian".
From the body language I got the impression Andy would be back in a flash (coaching)and it is only a matter of time.
I do not think this would be as head coach (but that is just my opinion I didnt ask).
