Will Noble now wake up?

Post by cpwigan »

Tonight exemplified that if we play young players they do not let you down. Yes, they will make the odd mistake but they give you far more in return.

O'Carrol is by far the most consistent prop and at times in the first half Fielden was embarrasing. Coley? For crying out loud get Prescott in the 17!!

If anybody should be criticised it is several of the older players in the team. Smith may have not been on the pitch tonight, Riddel outplyed again by his opponent but also by Tommy when he rightfully went to 9. Fielden stealing a living. Coley, the invisible man? All 4 Noble men or am I stretching it re Coley?

NO you're not stretching it, he's just not good enough. I'm just so glad that S Tomkins got most of a game and looked great. He's only gonna get better. There's just no way BN can drop either him or Ainscough for Bradford. I know what you mean about Fielden, he was embarassing first half but second half I thought he played really well.

That secures Nobles job for the rest of the season, it was nice winning one finally but you got to feel if we had lost this and the next then he would have been gone, congrats to the Noble supporters, we have another season of uninteresting up the middle one man rugby.

Medlocke trust me winning or losing would not have altered Noble's position. Nor does it change my view or should it change anybody else's view. He made me chuckle when he claimed the players had been unfairly criticised. Hiding behind them was so cheap. Sorry Brian pop around to mine for a cuppa and I will tell you who I blame and none of them wear a playing kit.

: / hows that going to secure nobles job? you cant see that if we have won 1 out 4?!?! i hope sam tomkins plays more or less the rest of the season, at least he can f*&#*ng tackle someone....

Shaun Ainscough also had another decent game, just needs to cut out his errors. Riddel from what i have seen is pathetic. Famous Amos had a cracking match saved a try or two and won the match for us imo.

George carmont and phil bailey will play the rest of the season at centre, they are SOLID defenders and have their moments in attack ( Carmont more so than Bailey ) Andy coley is pants, along with stuart fielden.

Tim Smith cant make a break, cant tackle, cant put someone through a gap, Sam Tomkins all the way!!!!!!
