The same at Orrell yesterday with no tannoy system the fans knew what was going to happen and observed the silence.

I have been to several sports that have silences in memoriam and have to say without bias rugby league is the best.

Indeed there are a few who cough loud, laugh etc mostly kids and it's an honour our support respects anyone who has taken in rugby league into their life. Even Sean Long would get an immaculate silence if he does pass away suddenly (this is an example, hope he doesnt die for 60 years)

Well....apart from my blo*dy phone going off!!!!
People sat around me where treated to a "HAHAHAHAHA...TRUMPETS!" off the natural sweet company advert. I was not amused!
