Read today that wigan are interested in landing him at the end of the season. I am personally happy with Pat staying at fullback and don't want another aussie who only comes for the money!

If we're going to sign more Aussies, that's the kind of signing we should be looking for, not the likes of Phelps & Smith. The reported wage of $500k he's looking for is way too high, though.

I can't see him signing for Wigan, just seems like a story to deflect attention from our poor start to the season.

anyway, if he does come he's a superstar that I would love to see. No point buying old aussies who were simply club players, go for the best to be the best. Follow an early Uncle Mo strategy in getting the cream.

Yes he is.

Got the potential to be one of the games best but like most Aussies these days, he is finding himself in a lot of trouble.

$500,000 is about 350K in our terms. Stupid wage for a player no way will we be paying that for him. Our highest paid player is only on 250K.

250K the highest paid in SuperLeague too ??.
350K for Inglis or Falou, maybe at a full on push, but IMO KH not worth that.

Hunt would be great signing for Wigan and would add to the attacking options but I can't see it happening as he still has international aspirations
