Sorenson did play for Wigan......
He did indeed and I think Vince Karalius was his coach
Thought it was Tony Karalius ? It would have been about 1975/6 ? Kurt was about 17 years old, that's all

I think it was Vince but dont quote me. I think Kurt left when Karalius got the boot and went to play for Cronulla along with Dane.

Ian Roberts by all accounts could handle himself. Never saw it but they reckon that was why nobody was keen to sledge him re being gay.
Did you not see him use Gary Jack has a punch bag? he must of been a hard player to keep playing after coming out :eh:
Think he's a bit of a movie star these days playing surprisingly enough the ''hard guy'' .

You're right - just looked it up, it was Vince. Tony played for us at one time I think

I remember the incident, Jack got well battered and his face was a right mess. I think Jack considered taking legal action. Jack was playing for Balmain, cannot remember who Roberts was played for. He was a fierce tackler and got through loads of work.

I always remember Boyd would be mentioned regularly as the most hurtful tackler faced in the player question profiles that most programmes had/have.
