That is what I cannot understand about Noble cpwigan? That sort of thing (weaknesses) should be attended to/dealt with privately, not in public.cpwigan wrote:Somebody explain why he even needs to mention publically that young players need to work on their weaknesses. It is common sense. I am not a coach but just by watching both young players I could tell you they had things to work on just as any players does. Guess what, I can pick weaknesses in Ellery Hanley, Andy Gregory and Shaun Edwards but it would be pathetically churlish and make me look like a prat.
Whatsmore, why/how are older players exempt? Stuart Fielden has serious weaknesses. His weaknesses are far more important to the whole team but they are never acknowledged or challenged by Numpty.
All this feet on the ground nonsense? You can do that without dropping young players at every opportunity. It backfired with Ashton.
I keep thinking just how many more talented young players are we keeping back and for what? Bailey? Just using him as an example.
Somebody tell me why a coach whines about the Easter Schedule and yet ignores it as an opportunity to freshen the squad up. Maybe just maybe 2 more youngsters would have given the team a huge lift v Catalan. Youngsters never let you down for effort and enthusiasm.
Unless, it is sending a message thoughout the squad and Noble is using AInscough as an example, which he shouldn't be, but you never know/can tell.
