Wow! What an atmosphere, what a game, what a result! Bring on the Scousers!

Outstanding effort all round, especially from the pack - I've never seen a Leeds team dominated up front like we just did. Much as Sam deserved his MoM award, I'd have been tempted to give it to Coley or Prescott for setting the platform for him, and for a tremendous defensive effort early on when we were under pressure. In particular, that tackle of Prescott's under the sticks first half was awesome.

im sure it was less than a week ago that people were saying coley would only be 4th or 5th choice for a side like leeds or saints. i for one think he has been a very good prop all season.

Terrific game, entertainment etc etc

However, Leeds were the better team for the first 40. The second half was a complete turnaround and we were rampant. Coley had a decent game. However, surely tonight was aboiut the young players and in particular Sam T. To be the best half v Burrow and McGuire is some achievement. The youngsters will never let us down. Goulding has done great. Mossop was fine and did Flannagan look out of place or up to it?

The Overseas lads. Roberts is starting to show his quality. McGuire is fast and he caught him easily whilst he is good at coming in and crunching tackles. N.B My favourite punch bags had excellent games. Pig and Phelps.

Only negative for me was Fielden. A waste of space.

could be the best thing thats happened to us all season with some of the "first teamers" getting injured, i thought all the younger players were great.

as you say, to play against the two leeds halves, and still be the best one of the pitch says something for how well sam has come along. should give him alot of confidence going into next week, when he will be playing against two other great half backs.

Mick I would drop Fielden and try to force him to leave. Mossop can do far better. The young players do not let us down. Flannagan was fine. Liam Farrell will be fine. Ben Davies too. The youngsters are good enough they just need top drawer players to support them.

Sams reverse pass to George tonight was sublime but what I like most and this may sound odd is how he reads play/danger and mops up any chiip/grubber by the oposition.

thought Flanagan did well got through a lot of defensive work, did not seem out of place to me will grow in confidence with game time.

Great second half, seems churlish to criticise*, I'll just enjoy the victory .
