CP i think u should be one of our new scouts, you seem to be knowledgable on things like this! Ask IL for a job!
Wish list: Billy Slater please!!!!!!!!
Re: If Nobby goes.........
lol Cherry. If it was up to me I would have young players playing matches whilst the like of Jackie Edwards were watching them. People like Jackie can tell you in a single match 99 times out of a 100 if a young player has what it takes.

More or less Cherry. However, I would personally get the best 50 young lads from Wigan and have them playing matches on the same day and let a group of people like Jackie watch the matches / players.
As it currently stands a group of scouts all go and watch club matches and it goes from there so to speak. So a scout typically has to watch umpteen matches weekend after weekend and you are not always going to get the best judges of players doing that. For example a man of Jackies age is not going to do that. Nor will Ray Unsworth I would think but they would give a day up etc.

I believe if BN does leave his successor must be an Aussie.
Even a 2nd string coach is preferable to any English coach at the moment.
I honestly believe that our young players would be given a
better chance of breaking into.the ist team .Take Brown at Hudds for example,Mossop is a prime example, not given a chance at Wigan but is staight in at Hudds.
If these RUMMOURS are fact it can only be good for our club/players/fans.
