When I worked at a "Nuclear Facility" we had a Tannoy system.
All the new receptionists fell for:

"Calling Mr P. Niss

"Calling Mr R. Sole"

We actually had a guy whose real name, believe it or not, was called Clif Edge!!
And, a Richard Head - he vever liked being called Dick!!!
