I played in the college Team with Ganson at Stand-off and me on the wing. (trust me I know as i saved him a number of times from a beating)
At the end of the day he has made a career and to be fair he has got to the top from mediocre rugby ability. Fair play to him i say!!!!!!!
For what it's worth, his ability as a player has no bearing on his reffing ability. He's sh*te at both
