Warriors full-back legend Kris Radlinski is poised to play a bigger role in Wigan's first team from next season.
Coach Michael Maguire has revealed he plans to call on the former Test full-back for help, and is actively looking at increasing his involvement.

Fantastic that Kris is being recognised in this way.His knowledge of the game is surely of immense value to the club.I honestly do like the way the club is heading. The chairman as got to take some credit for the forward movement of the club.I say well done Mr chairman.

I totally agree with what Kooch has said plus it's great to see MM surrounding himself with Wiganers. I'm sure he can only benefit from their experience and also he'll soon discover what it means to represent Wigan. If you cut thro. Rads and Shaun you'll find Wigan running thro them.Lets hope they can get it thro to the players (some not all)exactly what it means to play for the famous cherry and white. The futures bright!!!!!

A very shrewd move by Michael Maguire.
With a Wigan based backroom staff who have basically been there and done it, I hope there'll be more of playing for the shirt rather than the paycheque and there'll be no hiding place for anyone who doesn't step up to the mark.

I think it's clear to see now that Lenagan is making a 'Wigan' Wigan Warriors. Wane, Deacon and Radlinski all have lot of experience and all support the Wigan club.
Radlinski has never given anything less than 100% to the Wigan club so for to become more involved in the club can only be a good thing.

Very happy with this lets hope he can fix some of the things he thinks have gone wrong with the club that he mentions in his book.
