you think Roberts is faster than Calderwood?...never in the memory of man
I am not saying Roberts is as fast as Calderwood here, as, unless they footrace beside each other I dont honestly know.
IMO it will be much closer than you would like to think or even suggest here.
Roberts has put rakes of speed on since the introduction of MM.
Calderwood run down Billy Slater in Aus, Roberts is fast but I suggest Calderwood is far faster and I reckon even Richards is faster over 100
Billy Slater would also run down Calders IMO, if Calders had the ball in his hands.
A player can run yards faster without the ball in comparrison to him carrying it.
Going back to the original comment, I dont think Amos is faster than Calders, but I bet a footrace between the two with ball to hand would be closer than what most people may think.

I still dont think he is anywhere near as fast as Calders. As for Slater I dont know if he would but can say for a fact Calders run him down like you say the other is opinion.

Just to detract from the speed side of the two players.
Not from an argumentative point of view, just an honest opinion, who would you choose in your team if you could only select one of them, and why.
Calderwood or Roberts ?
On Roberts last seasons form it would have to be Calderwood . This season i would have to be Amos. Looks as hungry as Calderwood this season but more versitile .

Roberts because he is a more complete player.
They're two completely different types of winger, not really fair to compare them (it's a bit like comparing Offiah to Robinson)- But on present form I'd say Roberts.
