Re: Should the South Stand be Reserved Seating?
I voted no, because I think there should be an unreserved section of the ground so that non season ticket holders can sit together at the occasional games they come to, or season ticket holders can bring friends and sit with them. The "scrum tickets", which I think is an excellent deal, would become all but useless if eveywhere was reserved.
Also, it would be pandering to the actions of what is a small number of unruly "fans" (not really fans!) in comparison to the vast majority of well-behaved supporters.
I actually moved out of the South so I could have a reserved seat in the East (mainly because I like to arrive close to kickoff, rather than early to ensure a good seat), and if the South did become reserved I'd move back there like a shot - I much prefer being behind the sticks.
I do think, though, that the South should be more strictly stewarded, and perhaps better covered with CCTV.
Yet again, I'd urge all those with concerns about the bad behaviour to email Mick Hogan with their concerns, and any evidence they have regarding names/descriptions of those responsible.

I votes no and fully agree with what Geoff said. Firmer stewarding is the answer. Moreover, fans poor behaviour is becoming a RL wide issue.

Re: Should the South Stand be Reserved Seating?
i think if it was reserved seating there should be a point system to decide who gets the best seats. i.e. if someone has a season ticket for 10 years and goes to most home matches they should get to pick where to sit over someone who comes for the big matches.

I couldn't agree more especially the not really fans - sums up whats going on this year.GeoffN wrote: Also, it would be pandering to the actions of what is a small number of unruly "fans" (not really fans!) in comparison to the vast majority of well-behaved supporters.

Totally agree with Geoff and CPW. Reserved seats stop fans who cant attend all matches fromsitting with friends/family.
The problem is the minority of idiots who come cos they can get away with underage drinking. The stewards need to come down hard on these "fans". It's ridiculous what they get away with considering one of my friends was given the third degree from the stewards for drinking from a small hip flask on a cold Feb night.

I voted no, some fans can't get to every game and when they can would like to sit with friends. All it needs is for the stewards to do their job properly and get rid of the morons who are causing the problems. The decent fans can also do a job by photographing these idiots and letting the club have the evidence.

Re: Should the South Stand be Reserved Seating?
I too voted no. When I can get to a game from down here in Leicestershire, I like yo be able to sit with my mate who is a South stand season ticket holder. Some unreserved seating is good, lets face it neither the East nor West stands are packed out, so if you want reserved seating, thats's where to sit. Why let the idiots spoil it for the majority?

Re: Should the South Stand be Reserved Seating?
I think then part of the South could be reserved, but that penalises folk who want sit with family friends, or those who don't have season ticket , cos they work and cannot make all matches.
The proper answer to these idiots (for want of better word). Would be to put some stewards in the area they congregate throughout the match, and also try to ensure they are not served with more than one or two beers. When or if it is found out who they are a life long ban should be issued, we dont need this behaviour bringing our club into disrepute.
We dont really need let a small set of idiots dicatate where and what we should do. Time the problem was dealt with , it is clearly ruining peoples enjoyment of the match and in some cases driving folk away.
