Very much Mick we need to play mind games with tyhe idiot and put pressure on him beforehand and then from the moment he warms up make the DW an awful environment for him.

Not 'too nice' just very boring, if you sit in certain parts of the East Stand anyway.

He's got away with it far too long - every marginal decision he gives needs to be met with a roar of derision; he needs to be left in no doubt that the leeds travesty has not been forgotten. The more uncomfortable we make him - the better the chance of him being forced to referee fairly.

Ganson used to play up to it - but after a while; his refereeing of our matches improved and I don't think that it was a coincidence with the amount of stick that he receieved during the warm up. He may have laughed about it at the time; but it clearly had an effect.

Interviewer: So that obviously means that you're not going to St Helens and you're not going to Leeds?

Frano: I don't know why I would ever want to go to St Helens or Leeds

He was born and bred in Leigh. He's a fanatical Leigh supporter. We should give him more stick than we have ever given any referee. "We want Ganson" should reverberate around the ground as soon as he sets foot on the pitch. Whatever bad decisions come our way we should still be able to beat the scousers.

Sorry i dont buy into this Bentham has beat us 3 times this year nonsense .

0 - 20 up at half-time against Bradford , we lost because we thought we had it won and were crap in the second half .

26 - 6 up at half-time against Quin's , we lost because we thought we had it won and were crap in the second half .

Aginst Leeds Bentham was very poor , some rank bad decisions but it was a game we should have won because we were by far the better team but did not take our chances to close the game out .

We will despite Bentham , despite Saints because we are the better team this year .

I dont think you will hear Madge make any noises before the game about Bentham but there is a comment made about the 3 losses on the club website .

the reply I had from said Mr cummings.....Referees are always accountable for their decisions and there are no indications of bias amongst the current crop of referees. All games are thoroughly reviewed and every decision a referee makes is analysed.

This week we have Round 18 of Super League. This will be Phil Benthams 3rd game with Wigan out of 18 rounds.

Stuart

I hope MM or better, IL, meet up with "Bent Ham" and get some sort of assurance that he will be impartial. It might make him think twice.
Also, it's up to Wigan to give him no excuse whatsoever to penalise.

Saints players are too smart and cunning for us to not get penalised. Cunningham will be lifting the whistle to bentham's mouth for him. It will all depend on how even it is reffed, but unfortunately our lads are more honest and less skilled at duping the ref

It would be great to see every time we take the ball up we run hard straight at BENTham it would be great if he slipped and got trampled by FEKA COLEY and Co
