Feka

If I was critical of Madge it would be that if you do not have any confidence in Feka then IMO do not select him. I don't think he will when he has options but he may as well pick Ben Davies in the meantime.

I have always felt Tuson was too small but as a back rower he has a future with the heart and courage he displays and a pretty decent turn of pace. He may be down the pecking order at Wigan though when everybody is fit. Bailey does players like Tuson and farrell no favours IMO.

I don't think Tuson will make it at Wigan either. He gives 100% every game but there have been better second rows before him and there will be better after him.

But why did Feka only have one spell tonight?

Tuson with broken nose had the spirit to come back on and do another stint. I thought Tuson had another great game tonight.

No understanding of people saying he won't make it at Wigan - in case you've not noticed, he is already!

I think what people are saying, I certainly am is that I do not see him as a regular first team player. If I was looking to 2011;

Lockers, Hock, Tomkins is my ideal back 3 with Hansen on the bench followed by Farrell. Where does that leave Tuson? As already stated he will be getting older not playing in the first team whilst younger back rowers are coming through.

What was the point of playin feka waste of space on bench, could have played davies or even goulding!!
I think Tuson could become a good 2nd rower has the potential but the only problem @ Wigan is there is quite alot of backrowers , Farrell lockers mossop hock (next year) hansen Joel is behind these players would take some doin goin up the peckin order !! Plus any new signings next year

On rlfans someone posted Feka was injured hence his one spell.

If so that means it isn't a reason for slagging off Madge or the player re lack of game time.

Feka went off right after James Roby's try he doesn't appear to be injured after watching it on replay but you never really know.

I have to say that just before James Roby scored, Feka made a good tackle but then wonders off into 'no mans land' he does go to marker nor picks a position the defensive line and Roby exploits this, perhaps Maguire took him off in reaction to this?

Feka is clearly not going to be at Wigan next year nor does Madge think that he can contribute much to the side this year. Ideally Ben Davies should be given a run over the next couple of weeks.

I wouldn't be surprised if Feka played his last first team game for Wigan yesterday. The return of O'Carrol and Mossop at the end of the month will definitley single the end of his involvement.

I suspect though that BD will not feature next week as Deacon will be recalled to the 17 bar any reaction following his comeback in the reserves. The reason being that withourt the services of Lockers we need need another playmaker in the squad.
